Terms & Conditions

1. Direct payment online OR receipt of an invoice with payment details by request online / telephone / email, should be considered booking confirmation.
2. Once a booking is confirmed there is no refund on cancellations.
3. Substitute participation will be accepted; subject to prior notification to the organisers.
4. The organiser reserves the right to alter any of the arrangement of this series of events, including cancellation of the event, should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and/or inconvenience to delegates.
5. By registering for the Evolve Series, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes.
