Evolve is Northern Ireland’s new Public Policy forum. Now that the region has a stable foundation for its devolved administration, there is a widespread desire to see not merely a local, accountable Government, but an effective administration fit for purpose to tackle the political, social and economic challenges we face.
Our first speaker was Rt. Hon Jack McConnell, the longest serving First Minister for Scotland and current MSP for Motherwell and Wishaw. The seminar took place at the Ulster Hall, Belfast on Tuesday 8th September 2009.
